Chai Flexibility Latte
Great way to get ready for bed and support your joints!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of warm milk (plant based or normal)
- 2 teaspoons (7g) of Flexibility Wholefood Powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
Directions:
- Warm the milk
- Stir in the Flexibility Wholefood Powder until combined
- Add a pinch on cinnamon on top
- Enjoy!!
