Serves 1 

Ingredients:

1 cup of greek yogurt (sugar-free)
2 dates
1⁄2 frozen banana
1 tbs cashews
1 tsp chia sees
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp Flexibility

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
