Mango Madness Smoothie Bowl
Flex your Flexibility with the Mango Madness smoothie bowl!!
Ingredients (makes 1 serve):
- 1 cup of frozen mango, chopped
- ½ banana
- 2 teaspoons of Flexibility Wholefood Powder
- ¾ cup organic or plant-based milk e.g. almond
- Ice cubes
Topping ideas:
- Chopped nuts, for example walnuts, almonds, flaxseeds
- Coconut chips
- Chopped fresh fruit for example, nectarines or raspberries
- Chia seeds
- Mint leaves
Directions:
Blend the mango, banana, Flexibility Wholefood Powder, milk and ice together until smooth. Place in a dessert bowl and top with your choice of topping. Get creative and try a combination of different seeds, nuts and fruit for your topping.
