Mango Madness Smoothie Bowl

Flex your Flexibility with the Mango Madness smoothie bowl!!

Ingredients (makes 1 serve):

  • 1 cup of frozen mango, chopped
  • ½ banana
  • 2 teaspoons of Flexibility Wholefood Powder
  • ¾ cup organic or plant-based milk e.g. almond
  • Ice cubes

Topping ideas:

  1. Chopped nuts, for example walnuts, almonds, flaxseeds
  2. Coconut chips
  3. Chopped fresh fruit for example, nectarines or raspberries
  4. Chia seeds
  5. Mint leaves

Directions:

Blend the mango, banana, Flexibility Wholefood Powder, milk and ice together until smooth. Place in a dessert bowl and top with your choice of topping. Get creative and try a combination of different seeds, nuts and fruit for your topping.
