Ingredients:
1 ripe mango
1/2 banana
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp Flexibility
2 limes juiced, to taste
Ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
